E’ formata da undici porte ad arco ricavate nelle pareti divisorie degli ambienti costruttivi di facciata del grande basamento, che collega e rende interdipendenti. Poste sullo stesso asse di fuga, le porte, oltre che alla loro funzionalità d’uso, realizzano anche una straordinaria composizione prospettica e architettonica, la quale disegna e movimenta la forma delle strutture e, ad un tempo, alleggerisce il blocco della masse murarie.

Perspective gallery

It consists of 11 arch doors built in the partition walls of the front substructural rooms of the large base and, in this way, they become connected to and depending on each other. As the doors are on the same axis of vista, besides having a functional character, they also form a remarkable perspective and an architectonic composition making the structure more lively and, at the same time, reducing the whole stone mass.
