I restauri del 1988 hanno riportato in luce, su un livello soprastante il “piccolo tempio”, una serie di ambienti di lavoro monastici, i quali hanno cancellato quasi ogni traccia delle preesistenti strutture antiche. Il più ampio di essi conserva i resti, posti al centro dell’ambiente, delle basi di due grandi torchi, o forse macine, mentre alcune vasche in muratura si trovano lungo le pareti laterali.
